The purpose of PRIVATE COLLEGES AND UNIVERSITIES ALLIANCE (PRICUA) shall be:

> To promote high academic standards and collaboration among member Institutions to foster synergies in higher education;

> To represent members and act as liaison between members and key stakeholders

> To promote or to undertake such programs as would help to improve student enrolment, the quality of instruction, examination, publication of research and textbooks, library organization, and such other programs as may contribute to the growth and development of the higher education sector;

> To build an active partnership with fellow higher learning institutions in both academic and non-academic spheres in furtherance of promoting quality education.

> To assist members with technical support in education administration, policy and procedure development, regulatory compliance etc.

> To undertake, organize and facilitate continuous professional development through conferences, workshops, and research on higher education.
